Situation of the Department

of Human Rights and Jurisprudence of the I.C.W.N.

Human rights are the inalienable property of human beings, regardless of race, color, sex, language, religion, national or social origin, or any other aspect.

Human rights include the right to life and liberty, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression, the right to work and education. On this basis, rights should be enjoyed by all human beings, without any discrimination.

The main goal of the Department of Human Rights and Jurisprudence of the I.C.W.N. International Congress of World Nations. International Confederation of Women

 is to promote the realization of human rights and freedoms, the correction of injustice committed against a person and the restoration of human and civil rights and freedoms violated by state bodies, local self-government bodies, officials and civil servants!

Other areas of the Department are also important, such as: Mediation - offering parties a mutually satisfactory solution to problems;

  • Information and educational - education on human rights and freedoms, forms and methods of their protection, consultations, information on the state of affairs with the observance of the rights and freedoms of citizens in different countries;
  • Maintaining contacts and exchanging information with public associations and human rights organizations in the states of their residence, including those working in the field of protecting the rights of national minorities;
  • Analysis and compilation of judicial practice in cases of human rights violations in the States of residence, promptly intervening in cases of violation of rights;
  • Providing methodological, informational, organizational, legal assistance and material support, if necessary and through the involvement of lawyers, experts, to protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens in the authorities of the country of residence, as well as national and international courts;
  • Interaction with print and electronic media, assistance in the production of television and radio programs in the field of human rights protection, preparation and placement of statements, articles, comments, interviews in the media and the Internet;
  • Organization of events, conferences, seminars, symposia, briefings, meetings, round tables with the participation of officials, public figures, lawyers, scientists, experts on issues related to the goals and objectives of the Department;
  • Exploring the possibility of material assistance and donations to individuals and legal entities engaged in the protection of human rights, with the exception of commercial organizations, regardless of citizenship and country of incorporation;

The Department carries out its activities in the name of the development of democracy, social justice, respect for human rights and freedoms and national minorities, improvement of relations between man and society, between man and state, education of citizenship. Development of dialogue with confessions and religious representations of different countries with xenophobia, anti-Semitism, religious intolerance and genocide of the countries of the World.
